My Story
Meet Francie
Hi, I'm Francie, founder of Greens & Glucose Nutrition Coaching.
My passion for nutrition coaching began through my own health journey. Like many women, I experienced weight gain, hormonal changes, and the challenges that can come with perimenopause. At the same time, I was navigating Type 2 diabetes and learning how closely nutrition, blood sugar, and overall wellness are connected.
What started as a personal commitment to improve my health became a passion for helping other women do the same. Through education, sustainable habits, and a focus on progress over perfection, I lost weight, improved my health, and gained the confidence to create lasting change.
Today, I help women build healthier habits, improve blood sugar balance, navigate perimenopause and menopause, and create realistic lifestyle changes that fit real life.
My coaching approach focuses on education, encouragement, and practical strategies—not perfection, guilt, or extreme diets. I believe lasting change happens one choice at a time.

My Philosophy

Progress over perfection.
I believe nutrition should be realistic, sustainable, and tailored to your life. Small changes practiced consistently can create meaningful results over time.
Lasting change isn't built through perfection. It's built through sustainable habits that fit your real life.
• Am I tired of putting my own health at the bottom of the list?
• What would it feel like to have more steady energy and fewer blood sugar crashes?
• Are my hormones and blood sugar starting to run the show more than I’d like?
• What small change could I actually see myself trying this month?
• Do I want support, so I don’t have to figure this all out alone?
• What would “progress over perfection” look like for me right now?
• If nothing changes, how do I imagine feeling a year from now?
My Moto
One Month. New Choices. A Stronger Me.
